Port Isaac Main Car Park

Too far to walk into port Isaac No notice on how far it was from harbour We are elderly found it a really diff ult mile walk

Charging for toilets when already paying for parking is a bit much when it's only customers likely to use them, just extra profit.

I parked in a disabled spot. I can imagine in the school holidays that you would not get a parking space. We go in term time to avoid this. Be lovely if there was a shuttle bus or taxi what took you down the very long steep hill. I struggled walking down and back up.

Too far away

Got a ticket for a £60 fine, despite paying through JustPark, app defaulted back to my old car registration despite changing. Now I'm stuck with the fine

Trying to pay by app is incredibly difficult because of the lack of service in the area. I had to got into Port Issac and onto the bar’s Wi-Fi to complete the purchase. Solution: give the area fee Wi-Fi from the shop/loos and allow the people the ability to buy the parking!

Bit of a walk to the Port but ok

Its a busy car park, in a very popular viullage. We foiund a space easily enough, and it was wide enought. Regarding security, there were no camera's that I was aware of, but used the common sense of not leaving valueables in the car, and it was fine.

Trying to pay for my vehicle was a nightmare. Unable to pay by cash as there were long queues as people were unable to use the non functional pay machines. We paid by using the Just Park App which was also difficult, as the WiFi was hit and miss & when we wanted to extend our stay, as there was no WIFi whatsoever and we had to walk all the way back to our car to pay for the extension. Just Park are quick enough to remind me that our parking was approaching the end, so how come when you tried to extend the parking you are unable to do this!!
