Apart from 1 sign at 1 end of the car park, there were no signs to notify customers of the car park reference

Was fine but busy.
Car parking costs are weird here. Arriving at 4.40 on a Sunday means you either have to wait 20 mins and pay for one hour and then the evening charge or pay a lot more to park for the extra 20 mins. Phone signal is bad around a lot of Cornish car parks. How about providing some hotspots so people can actually use the app.

I had trouble paying for my parking due to poor connection to the app. Only when I left the car park did I realise the payment hadn't gone through. Since then I have retro paid ! (Even more than the original amount. )
