The wifi signal was so poor that the app would not work. Having stood there for a while waiting for it to do something. in the end it came up and said no connection/signal and gave me the option to cancel. So I cancelled it. I then paid the £10.50 parking by credit card. Halfway down the road it came up thanking me for paying by the App and I am like what? I cancellled it. So I would like a refund of my £10.60 please, although I doubt very much whether you will, because you all hide behind AI and dont accept the blame because as far as you are concerned it all works fine, well it doesn't. No refund, then I wont use your App and will give it poor ratings.

Disgusting to have to pay full day parking £7.60 for an hours visit. Let's be honest there is very little to keep you here for all day.

get the machines working properly, there was loads of people who didn't pay because they couldn't download the app because of poor mobile Internet signal.
