Paid by phone for wrong car park after realising I paid for correct car park, supposed to pay in 60 seconds it took me 10 minutes I am disabled, I hope I don't get fined

I was charged £60 fine for coming in to the car park 2 minutes before I got my ticket. I can't drive and use Just park, so this is a horrible car park to use.

BEWARE. OF THIS GREEDY CARPARK OWNER This car park does not allow you time to sort your family out before leaving. I always pay for parking but consider a few minutes late leaving the actual car park is ok if I've paid for parking and arrived back before paid for parking ends . BUT I received 3 parking fines of £100+ each over 2 days from this car park because I assumed exiting out of the main car park exit onto the main road literally a few minutes later than my paid for parking time was ok while I sorted myself, my family and my holiday stuff out in the rain it takes some time. Literally less than 10 minutes on each of 3 occasions over 2 days having on each ocacsion paid for parking on the ap I end up with £180 parking fine if I pay straight away NO leeway . The photo in and out is your parking start and end time. Even if you pay for all day. 10 mins late leaving onto main road £60 fine no discussion. I have been paying for all of my Parking in this car park for over 20 years and would never consider not paying for parking but I will NEVER park here again.
