I use a walking stick and access after dark at 11pm was tricky walking along the beach and up steps and I fell over! Delayed my exit after resting by 30 mins and hence after 11pm just received a £100 fine not realising there was an 11pm curfew and not making being able to make the time because of my fall! I will apply for mitigation but seems the parking agents are totally insensitive by the previous reviews on the site.

I park there every 3 weeks for work.
upon arrival i couldn't get the app to load and when I finally did it was saying Dunster Hill not Sea view car park .
because of this delay I received a fine for being approximately 10 minutes over time.
ive parked there on numerous occasions usually leaving well before my paid time is up .
I will not be parking there again

I could not extend my booking on the app, so I had to go back to the carpark and was 15 min late. Please ensure I get no ticket.
