Location: Behind 22 Ford Park Road, Mutley. Just off a secluded service lane away from the main road. 1 minute from Mutley Plain and 5 minutes from both the train station and university.
From Ford Park Road, turn left into Kingsley Avenue then left again into the service lane. The parking space is in a bay of 6 spaces and is the 2nd space from the left as you look at the rear of 22 Ford Park Road. The building is now a cream colour and has a black metal fire escape.
It is the empty space between the 2 cars shown in the picture.
Do NOT park on the main road it is permit parking and the vouchers from this site don't work with the traffic wardens

It was a bit uncomfortable leaving my car there as there was a lot of rubbish lying around and it was down a dark alley behind buildings... but all was great... no issues at all, so overall a good experience and good value.
