I have a debt collection company pursuing me for £100 unpaid parking. I used the Just Park app and the full parking payment was taken on the day and I never received a PCN for this so called non-payment. Thankfully Just Park provide receipts, disgusting behaviour and stressful. The owners of these companies should be shot

App did not register extension of car parking even though Apple Pay asked for payment. Difficulty with app connection. Had to extend it again some minutes later,

Didn't realize it had changed to ANPR. Because I drove in from the pub I didn't see the camera sign at the entrance. Sat there for 10 mins wondering whether to stay and surf or not. Expecting a fine now ☹️ Won't use that car park again! I can't be bothered with the stress. Also the Just Park App was extremely slow to update there. We are talking minutes!

The machine wasn't working and we had signal issues. We were fined £60 because it took 10mins from driving through the gate, getting the payment info and the app payment going through. Even though we paid for more time than we used.

The pay machine wasn't working and it took me half an hour to download the app! Beware-apparently the company are notorious for fining you in this carpark!
