i received a £170 parking fine its a scam ive never ever had to pay for parking at any hotel in my life i see the sign as i was leaving in the morning and payed and still got fined.i arrived when it was dark i was tired from driving spent money on food and drink at the hotel soon no way am i paying the fine its a disgrace i already payed.

Totally wrong that a third party owns a car parking area at a hotel without customers being informed on booking.
Worse still can't pay at hotel and have to pay on company website.
Worse further that website is clunky and difficult to navigate.

There appears to be no human to talk to on the telephone just an automated inaccurate system which seems to intentionally cut you off. This happened more than once.
