top john....an his parking space...large drive. for my very large car...12-15 min walk to Peterborough united football ground. an well away from both crowd an traffic jams ...safe site too.. an john helpful in communication and assistance ..5star all round...

A fit person could walk it in 5mins. I would allow 10. Mr Baker is pleasant to deal with and seems genuinely intertested in his "customers".He is also prepared to be flexible where possible,on timings Overall a good experience..
