The machine only took coins and when I managed to pay with the app, I still ended up getting a traffic violation charge.

Parking charge received despite paying for the full time I was parked in a parking space. No grace or consideration time given in this car park. Photos from entering and leaving the car park which take no consideration of congestion in the car park to find a space or problems leaving car park due to buses and traffic on road outside. Initial Parking monitor the car park and have no understanding of grace/consideration time and reject appeal information. Don't park here.

Shocking experience. PCN notice as timing is on entrance and exit of the car park and not when you purchase your ticket. Will not be returning here. Absolute rip off!!

I was 1 minute over the 2 hours I had paid for and had to pay a£60 fine.
This was because my vehicle was captured on camera on entry and it took me 11 minutes to pay with my Just Park app due to poor signal.
It also took us about 6 minutes to load up the dog on return and leave the car park.
TAKE NOTE you are charged from the time you drive in to the time you drive out!
