A great parking spot near the beach with fair prices and generally spacious areas. While some payment machines may be out of order and space can be tight for larger cars, the overall experience is positive and convenient.

The space was adequate however the logon process and verification process was unnecessarily laborious I had to phone directly to make payment which took even more time but eventually was resolved by your operator. There is no way that your grace period of 10mins to complete parking payment is adequate and it's definitely not convenient for the customer! Absolutely shocking system

Reasonable parking charges and normally seaview space away from tourist norms. If the train crossing gates are closed it can take 10 mins for a train to come.

The payment machine was out of order so a crowd of angry people were attempting to use the app or the phone line to pay for parking. This took a long time, particularly as I was being bombarded with adverts while trying to use the app and input my details. A ghastly experience - if it had been cold, windy or raining I would almost certainly have given up.

The machine was out of order at Long Rock. Therefore I had to use my phone to book an hour. Using the machine would have cost me 90p using Just park on my phone cost me £1.40p (no insurance I assure you).
