Excellent - a 5-star experience

I have been using Just Park for a few years now and have come to trust them and they seem to have fairly good customer services. That was up until recently as the last 2 x I have used them, booking and paying for parking spaces on my phone and it has been easy and seamless. However Just park are allowing a pop from a company called "Shopping Protection' which pops up immediately after you pay for your parking asking you to a sign up to subscription which will give you a free first payment, just getting authorisation from the credit card you just used and after the first charge of around £20ish it then goes onto charge you over £90.00 a month. The pop up, seems to me to be designed to fool Just Park customers to authorise the subscription by appearing Immediately after making a legitimate parking charge and it looks and feels like a continuation of that payment. It looks and feels like part of the Just Park App as it pops up displaying the same colours as the App itself self and the most noticeable feature is 2 large Buttons, one is labeled 'continue' and one is labeled 'Cancel' giving you the impression that you should continue with your payment but instead sets up the subscription. This type of pop up seems to be a scam with the 'Shoppers Protection' company hoping that people think they only paid for their parking and further hoping that you ignore the email as one more of the thousands of marketing emails and of course you then start paying for the overpriced insurance and further hoping they get several payments out of you before you notice and fo course once you do notice they will NOT RETURN the Money as you authorised the subscription. I would entreat Just Park to stop enabling this Type of what is a JUST LEGAL SCAM. By the way My Bank has called me both times as this behaviour is flagged as a possible scam by their system. This is also aimed at the more venerable and less aware members of the community as these are the people that will lose the most money. My Message to Just Park is to STOP ENABLING THIS as it is reprehensible and not Ethical in any way. STOP IT JUST PARK get rid of the POP UP
