Dreadful experience will never park here again went to Edinburgh for the day thinking parking here was a great option then realised I wouldn't be back on time therefore was trying to add an hour on and it said I had no booking then tried to call them, logged on about 20 times ended up having to get someone to get my car out the car park then charged an additional £6 for being 5 mins late
