Why do you need to bother me with emails about a car park? It's a car park. I parked my car. Very annoying to be bothered on a Saturday morning with an email about a car park. Are you trying to annoy your customers? Just leave us alone. IT'S A CAR PARK.

Got a ticket even though I had pairs through the app - sure I'll get it cancelled but what's the point of paying through the app if the wardens can't / don't check!!!

Tried to extend my booking but wasn't allowed. Said I was not allowed to book more than one day. Then it said I was not allowed to return!!! REALLY??
I presume I'm banned for life then? My car has an ASBO!

This parking is advertised as being bar controlled and having number plate recognition. I thought that by making prepayment online (as I did), a place will be reserved. When I got to the car park, I found it was just a regular pay and display car park with no barrier or number plate reader. Therefore, parking is on a first come first served basis with no possibility to reserve a space by pre-booking. So you can pay £5 in advance online to reserve
a space but arrive to find no parking available. making it a stressful experience overall.
