When we arrived there was a sign saying that the car park was full. My friend went and found the workers and asked about it. At that point a car left so we were able to get it. It was a bit confusing as to how it was full when we had already paid. The gentleman was good and explained. We had an enjoyable time and came back to the car safely driving home. Booking the space was easy and it made things less stressful.

Thought it it was easy at first now apparently this was the wrong way to pay and I'm currently trying to fight a fine of £100 best just to find somewhere to park on the day I suppose

The road was closed that the car park is on, so I couldn’t get to the car park and had to pay for another car park. Can you please reimburse me.

Could not park in this carpark because it was closed. Access road to it was closed and it stated online that the actual carpark is permanently closed. I had to drive around at the last minute to find an alternative and pay extra, and nearly missed the event I was attending.
I don't understand how my payment was accepted fir a car park that is not in use. I would like this money refunded.

The Car park was not accessible.Road works Had to park elseware, costing us another £9.Not good having to pay extra !
