ECP Upper Parliament St Car Park

The road was closed that the car park is on, so I couldn’t get to the car park and had to pay for another car park. Can you please reimburse me.

Could not park in this carpark because it was closed. Access road to it was closed and it stated online that the actual carpark is permanently closed. I had to drive around at the last minute to find an alternative and pay extra, and nearly missed the event I was attending. I don't understand how my payment was accepted fir a car park that is not in use. I would like this money refunded.

The Car park was not accessible.Road works Had to park elseware, costing us another £9.Not good having to pay extra !

Was able to pre-book and pay online. Was easy enough to find, even with ongoing roadwork diversions. Parking was as simple as turn up, park, return and leave, no messing about with ticket collections and bollards etc

Great care needed negotiating the turns onto the ramps and the spaces are very tight, particularly for SUVs. However, with care my mid-size estate car fitted.

Great not to have to buy a ticket when there and to know there is a space for you! However very tight turns and narrow short spaces for a big Volvo xc 90!

I pre booked the night before. Cheapest I could find and incredibly easy and simple No ticket, no stress . Easy in and out

Easy to find, postcode in maps took me straight there. Plenty of spaces available.

Convenient location and easy to find. Bays rather narrow but plentiful. On line booking easy to manage. Will definitely use again.

Arrived 16 mins early for a 6 hour paid parking in a city we didn’t know. How dare we! - that’ll be £60 please Scandalous We never use again
