The Portland Centre Car Park

AVOID! Received a parking fine despite having paid Just Park. Clearly no communication between Just Park and the owners of the car park.

Received a PCN although paid through Just Park! Second time it's happened booking through Just Park!Received no response from just park!

Like several other users of this car park I received a PCN from Civil Enforcement. This is despite having booked this car park through Just Park, arriving after the booking start time and departing well before (by several hours) the booking expiry time. The PCN was appealed, with a copy of the booking reference from Just Park attached, clearly showing the vehicle reg recorded as being park there matched the one on the booking. However, Civil Enforcement rejected the appeal, and I have now had to escalate the issue to POPLA. I have never had a PCN when booking through Just Park before, so would advise steering clear of this car park and also to be wary of any car parking administered by Civil Enforcement Ltd.

I GOT FINED FOR USING THIS SPACE - PLEASE EXPLAIN

Parked here for the cricket. Paid for more than the hours I stayed but received a fine from Portland for £60. Appealed and showed them my booking but said it had not registered. No other way to challenge it. Therefore, I advise against parking here.

Easy to do and park just what we needed for the Forest match. You reds.

Easy to book. Only concern was that the place I was parking at was open to anyone with no person on the gate so I was not sure I would actually get a space! As it was there were spaces available when I got there.

It was great place to park. Only problem is the direction to the car park was given through Muskham Street but the correct road wad Radcliffe Street to enter the carpark which is just opposite to it.

no problem once we were there

Great space for Meadow Lane
