Cancelled 20 minutes before the booking as I was driving to Nottingham from Bournemouth. Left me completely high and dry with no communication as to why they cancelled.

Booking was very easy, and the parking drive was clean and safe. The only downside was my destination was a 30 minutes walk away not the 10 minutes suggested at the time of booking
