Whilst the location is perfect had to call the helpline to be let in as QR code Wouldn’t work. Wanted to extend my parking in the morning unable to do so as the machines were down in the office- was told I’d have to leave and make another booking. Cheaper just to turn up rather than making a booking.

Really safe , really clean , well lit , you don’t know a good carpark until you’ve met the right one!

I paid online nearly £25 because I had to amend my time slot to then be stuck at the barrier on the way out despite scanning the barcode provided when booking. I then had to pay a further £10 to exit the car park. Not happy at all with this as booking online was also more expensive than just paying on exit.

I have never used the Just Park app before, it was very easy to use. As two women travelling into the city at night we wanted to find the safest car park nearest to the venue we were going to. The Q park was an excellent choice, we felt safe knowing that the car park was well lit and we needed a QR code to enter when we returned to the car park. U would definitely use the app again

It's a nightmare to get into the road because you cannot legally turn left into it so you have to approach from the street opposite on the north side of Euston Road, which isn't stated in the directions given by the church (space owner). Also, as the bays aren't marked out and the churchyard is not well maintained so always covered in leaves, cars don't park sensibly, so if you arrive at the wrong time, you cannot always park easily.

This parking would be great had we of not been waiting 30 minutes to get out of it because the barriers wouldn't open. We scanned our QR code consistently and nothing was happening. We even arrived back to the car to leave at least 20 minutes before our time was up. Not only this, but when we called the help button there was no one to help, as well as calling the number online and nobody answered. In the event of an emergency, this car park would NOT be safe as there's no one there to assist!!!

Didn’t realise that it had a shutter on entry so wasn’t prepared for that but all good getting in. When I went to leave I couldn’t. My reg wasn’t recognised. The machine was asking for a qr code which I never received which caused a delay leaving as it took a while for the assistant to respond.
