How our drivers felt about this space
A great parking spot near the Motorpoint Arena, with friendly hosts and generally safe surroundings. It accommodates various vehicle sizes, though some might find the access narrow. Mixed feedback on navigating to the location.

Big enough space for my Ford Kuga. Owner was lovely and met us to say hello. We were half an hour early, but that wasn't a problem. Short walk to the Motorpoint Arena in a quiet area. 2 ladies on our own and felt very safe walking back to the car late after the show. Thanks so much! Ali

Owner was very friendly , very accommodating, explained how I can get to the arena the quickest way , nothing was too much , a great host and would look to use again

The parking space left no instruction on how to find the spot and was impossible to find. We had to give up in the end and book somewhere else, and lost our money on this place!
NOT WORTH RISKING IT , DONT USE THIS SPACE!

This car parking spaces was easy to find, although it was a squeeze to put my small car into, reversing into the space was the best option.
Unfortunately we didn't feel safe walking to the concert venue from here, which made us worry about how safe the car would be too. It's just something to be aware of if potentially booking as a lone female or vulnerable person.

We arrived at the space, which with owners instructions, were easy to find. Only issue was it's not really suitable for an suv to park. As its extremely narrow gateway to get in. I had to fold mirrors in to reverse on space, as I caught one mirror on gate and nearly ripped my mirror off. Also it's a nearly 15 mins walk by phone sat nav to motorpoint arena. Possibly if more use to area, maybe a shorter cut to it.

Good directions from the owner on how to find his driveway. He also rang us and said if he could help us in any way whilst we used his driveway that night to phone him and he would help in any way he could

Great location , only 10 mins walk from the arena. Would definitely use again. Already booked this space a few times. Recommended.
