Q-Park Talbot Street

I was given a Just Park discount code for a 40% parking discount at Just Park Nottigham (by Premier Inn where I as staying). When I booked my Just Park parking (which I chose because of the discount), there was nowhere to enter the discount code. So I ended up paying full price. I felt cheated. When I raised this with Just Park, they said it was Premier Inn's responsibility not theirs and did not compensate me. Although the car park was fine, I will avoid Just Park in future because of their misleading sales practises.

Really easy. Prebooked before I got there and then the carpark used number plate recognition on the way in and out!

So easy to set up account,the car park was clean,well lit and good space between bays,pre booking ment you just drove in and out.

Car park was great location but the ANPR didn't work on arrival so had to quickly find my QR code, on the way out the ANPR didn't work and the machine at the barrier didn't recognise my QR code so had to call for assistance. So not as smooth as I was hoping for.

Lots of parking available on lower floors when we arrived at 6.30pm for a concert in Nottingham. Good car park.

The postcode I was given took me straight to the car park. I drove in and the barrier automatically lifted. Found a little spot and checked with a friendly chap in the office that I'd done everything correctly. Sweet man gave me directions to walk to the theatre. On my return I simply drove to the barrier and it lifted for my exit. Nothing could have been easier! I would park here again in Nottingham town centre, 100%.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
