When we got to the Parking Place we had booked there was a van parked in it and no sign of the driver.
That had occurred because the barrier for which there was a key box had not been erected.
We then had to drive around central Nottingham trying to find another parking place - just what we had tried to avoid by pre-parking.
Have tried to get a refund but am being ignored.

First time used the app. Location was perfect. Especially since it is in the city centre. Saved me a load of hassle trying to navigate multi storey car parks on a Saturday. Everything straightforward. Will definitely use again. I've already booked another space in a different location. I also thought the fee to be very reasonable.

Awful spot. It wqs extremely tight had cars parked directly over from it and also had a car parked over the white line so it was not possible to park in. Called the space owner who put the phone down 4 times before he finally answered and said he has already see the other car and it had done it before and he couldn't help. He had seen it hours earlier but failed to do anything about it or even inform me of the issue.
Avoid if you are time restricted and need to get to Motorpoint for a gig or anything as you will have to rush around trying to find something last minute which is the whole reason to book a space in advance
