Victoria House - Norwich

Disgusting... Luckily I have undertray that protects vital components underneath my car. It did scrape on entrance. But a Vauxhall Corsa driver was unlucky destroyed their radiator and oil sump and had broken down on entrance to the car park. If your car is low or have no plastic undertray PLEASE DO NOT PARK HERE!

I work in different cities and this app makes it easy for me to park when I am at different sites.

Simple, easy and cheap

All fine, convenient

pre-booked parking but because I was parking after rush hour no spaces left as people can park there instantly aswell. Pot holes absolutely everywhere, some were as big as a car. No definitve lines on parking spaces so people just parked how they liked, taking up to space etc. no room to maneuver round to try and find a space, massive car park and 1 exit, no street lighting after dark. Just feel like someone charging an extortionate amount to park on a terrible piece of land and knows people will pay.

Great service. Easy to book - map attached to booking confirmation of parking location- easy to find Norwich City centre More signs needed showing exit ? 10/10

Temporary car park in the grounds of a demolished building, so roadways are potholey. No clear idea of layout or exit. Best idea is to keep driving until you see sign for exit then park near there.

Great secure carpark

Great car park for the shops , but there is a lot of holes and it’s so dark no lights so not great.

Leaving the vehicle during daylight hours is fine, although due to limited lighting at night this may be a concern for female drivers. The site is one reclaimed following building demolition, as such the ground is broken up in places, muddy & with pot holes, there is some limited pavement available. Getting out of the car park especially at rush hour is a nightmare, main road traffic users are very reluctant to let you into the flow of traffic! It is however a cheaper option than nearby competitors... you pays your money etc.
