There were no free spaces so I had to tick in at the side . Other cars could ( just ) get past but someone took it out on me by leaving all the windscreen wipers bent back . I had no alternative as I had to get a train.

Car park was just a plot of land behind some buildings with some spaces drawn on the walls, got there and the park was full with a van taking up 3 spaces so it was a free for all, had to wait for people to leave to be able to park. Struggled to leave too as cars we just parked wherever they could. No point pre booking a parking space if you are not going to get it and no way I saw to get a refund if you don't park

Used JustPark to reserve a space in Norwich on a match day, however when we turned up, the car park had signs everywhere offering cheap parking that you could buy there and then and the car park was full!! No reserved space for us who had already paid and there wasn’t anyone there to talk to! Very disappointing! The idea of reserve parking is that you are guaranteed a space. This car park was terrible and a bad experience for us and another family who reserved at the same time as us. Will not use again.
