RCP - Mountergate, Norwich Prebook

Fast resolve,

I pre booked parking due to knowing there was a local football match on the same day as my daughters party, cue arriving at the parking witg a car full of children to find no available parking space. I contacted the company no reply, I called just park and someone cut me off then I was forced to park elsewhere and try calling again- no response. The car park was unmaintained and nothing to stop anyone from parking there and simply paying online! I have emailed twice in the past week and been allocated a ticket number with no reply. Would I use again? Absolutely not based on this! Happy to take the money then leave you out to dry

So there was no space available when I arrived, I had to wait until one became free then the Space that came available was in a VERY tight spot so I had to ask a passer by to help me manoeuvre into it and get out via the passenger side. Making me late for my appointment

There were no parking spaces when we arrived. It didn't even resemble a proper car park. Cars were parked wherever they could. My son and partner had to go home and miss the football match because they couldn't park anywhere. It was a total shambles and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Difficult to find a space we could fit into, no markings for parking so people didnt leave wide enough spaces. Seèmed to be a bit free for all and people parked anywhere, not as close to the station as suggested either.

The whole experience was easy and straight forward

The most important thing for me is that after 9 hour I returned and found my car safe

Used it for the football, easy to find and no issues.

Great alternative in the busy holiday season.

I did feel a bit nervous leaving my car there but turns out it's as good place as any would use it again
