Neighbouring car was parked too far over so we could not fit in the space provided. Tried to call the owner twice but no answer. Whilst waiting we noticed that the parking spaces are directly beside a bin shed. Multiple rats ran out and jumped into the engine of the parked car!! Avoid!!
