A local taxi will get you to Delapre Abbey in approx 8 - 10 minutes and Cinch Stadium in approx 5 - 8 minutes.
For Silverstone Grand Prix, there is a bus, number 87, (operated by Stagecoach) which picks up from the Cobblers Football Stadium, around 5 minutes away by taxi - note that the bus MAY have to be booked separately, so you will need to check this out in advance and book your bus tickets if necessary.
