Napier Albert Place Car Park

Dirty and full of rats.

Difficult to find, needs much clearer instructions. I thought I had parked in right place, but apparently was in the adjacent plot of land so got a parking fine. Just be very careful. Not the nicest area!

Booking was brilliant, easy and quick. Communications were also great. Our particular car park did not feel safe at all. A homeless tent occupied one of the spaces, and the nearby streets to walk away from the car park felt too hidden and unsafe as we walked with our children to the theatre. I would not choose that car park again, but I would book through this company again.

All good and easy eventually after hiccup

It was easy to book - unfortunately, using google maps we never did manage to find the car park. An area we didn't know, and in peak traffic. Luckily we found another car park with spaces nearby

Was relatively easy to find, however the parking space itself was dirty lots of rubbish in the parking bays including a propped up bit of ply-board or such like that made the space unusable. Not much manoeuvring room and the spaces were tight given the size of some of the other vehicles parked, this isn't the fault of the person who loans the space more of a general comment. Did feel a bit worried about leaving my vehicle in the area and also wanted to make sure I was back before dark as I wouldn't have liked to walk in that area by myself then, again more of general comment relating to me than the space. Space is convenient for parking close to the shops in that area and a good price for a longer stay.

I was very disappointed with my first time I could not get my access to the my reservation I had to park up and I couldn't settle as I thought I maybe get a fine

The car park I paid to use was closed for resurfacing work. I was forced to park elsewhere and pay again. Zero stars. You should know the condition of the car park spaces you sell.

I was literally two minutes late and there was already a ticket on my windscreen informing me that I had a fine for being late. Won't be using the system again as it would appear that the ticket guy had already written out the ticket and was waiting for the clock to tick one second past. Not impressed in the slightest.as at that time of night my car was the only one in the carpark so I i wasn't using up a space that someone else could use.

One tiny space left in the corner. Very difficult to get in too and very dirty.
