Prince Consort Way, NE29

This was the first time we used Just Park and it was brilliant! we were going on a cruise which was finishing at the Port of Tyne and thought that the port car park was a bit steep to say the least and this space is within walking distance and the distance is mostly flat so we book this. I was a bit nervous but it could not have gone better. Gav was so helpful and quick to respond to messages and sent details on the best way to get to the port etc without even being asked. He was great! We had a lovely holiday knowing our car was safe and when we got back we just picked it up and off we went. Brilliant. I would definitely recommend Gav if you need something in that area and I will definitely use again if I'm there again. Could not be happier.

Simple booking and clear directions to the space. I was a bit nervous about just leaving the car there without actually confirming with anybody, but everything was ok.

Not much to say. We parked and 8 days later picked up the car where we had left it with no problems. Very convenient for the DFDS Ijmuiden ferry.

the communication was lacking. my insurance got refunded but i was never told why, also i downloaded your app and it never updated to say i had a transaction in progress or anything like that.

Great location and very reasonably priced :)

Ideal space for using the ferry to Amsterdam. It took my husband less than 20 minutes to drop us off at the terminal, drive, park and walk back. We didn't see or speak to the owner but this wasn't necessary. Husband said he found the space a little tricky to find given the instructions. He almost parked in the wrong spot! Pictures were very helpful in sorting this out but you did need to pay close attention. He said a map would have been helpful as the SATNAV doesn't take you exactly where you need to go. Overall great space and would recommend and book again.

Super convenient for the Port of Tyne, parking space suitable for Hyundai Tucson and host extremely fast in responding to questions. Will us again

I've just returned from 2 nights away to find a scratch all the way from my front wing, down my passenger doors to the rear of my van, this scratch wasn't here when we left our vehicle. Really not impressed. Leave at your own risk. I will be making further enquiries.
