I am a National Trust member parking in a National Trust car park. There was no other way of paying (£0) other than by using your app. I deeply resent this as I didn't want to install your app and I certainly didn't want to give you my bank card number.

All good but very disappointed to see the bin at the entrance absolutely full and all around it. Whoever is responsible should get them cleared at the end of the day or first thing.

NT members should not need users to involve phone banking transactions for zero charge parking. It makes life more complicated than it should be and disregards our elderly.

No WiFi. Didn't like to have to download an App. Finally managed to 'pay' for parking after setting up Apple Pay etc. Couldn't enjoy walk on the beach as I was worried I'd receive a parking fine. (This has happened to me before with Ringo - when I was fined)

Plenty of parking with toilet facilities that were being cleaned and spotless when we arrived. Lovely ice cream from the National Trust refreshment van.
