Terrible experience. The carpark was closed due to road closures around the festival. I don't think it was acceptable that it was available to book

I could not park anywhere. No where was reserved!!! I had to pay to park and then recieved a parking ticket! I have stage 4 cancer and needed to be close by due to waking difficulties. I will be emailing customer services tomorrow

Could not reach location - we found the RCP car park but no reference to Little London, so ended up at as different car park as did not feel confident parking and paid again :-(
