Paid for 1 hour parking. Needed to extend this but was unable to extend. Let the time on parking lapse so that we could try again and it wouldn't allow us to as we had already paid for parking. From my understanding you were able to park for longer than 1 hour. As we were unable to do this on the app we had to rush back to the car and leave the area prematurely.

I was unable to use the app, it would not respond when I entered the code, so I tried to pay at the machine using my debit card and credit card, the machine did not recognise my card conta tless or inserted, so I stood 10 mins in pouring rain trying to pat, before using Doctors surgery wifi which worked!

The electric vehicle charging point is really not very customer friendly. It would be much simpler to have a hook up pay as your go system as with most other charging stations rather than have to set up an account and direct debit to your bank account! It seems a little out dated.

Contactless and cad swipe didn't work, luckily Dukes provided WiFi, because cell service is inadequate. Locals tell me this happens frequently
