The way the wardens police the car park is like the way any military installation was guarded during the IRA yrs.
I park here everyday and go for coffee. Supporting local businesses and trying to just let the world go by.
It was made more difficult when you made it compulsory to use the App. I often have issues with the app and the connection etc.
On the one occasion for some strange reason I forgot to enter my parking. Everyday I pay 1.50 inc weekend when it's a different price. So the fine seems absolutely ridiculous from 1.50 fee to 40 Pounds for a forgetful moment. I won't be using the coffee shop again I'll find somewhere else to go before work or whenever I'm meeting a friend

I didn't find the SU carpark easily; perhaps I should have prepared better. What struck me was that I kept finding carparks displaying permit holder only signs, so it might be good to add a line to say something like " non-permit holders please proceed to ....."

the parking app was declined over and over again before acceptance...for a pound!

I paid for parking but app crashed so I had to took ages and i paid hour later on my my computer. took an hour. But I still got fined.
