Douglas Terrace Car Park

There were no available spots even though I had pre booked. Also, the car park was very hard to find because the address provided was incorrect. All this forced us to park on the street illegally and get a ticket.

Location was excellent but noticed on the machine that it is £4.99 for 24 hours and I payed over £12 for 7 hours ?

Was really easy to find. Went on a Newcastle match day so went early but plenty of spaces and there were still a few spaces when we came back to the car. About a ten minute walk to the ground. No issues all in all a good parking experience.

No spaces available at arrival at the carpark should have read the reviews before purchase.

No lined spaces available, we had already paid for our parking online, so I didn’t understand why you have took payment with no available parking space for my car. I had to squeeze into an edge of curb without blocking other cars in

Car park was full when I arrived and couldn't park.

Car park was full. I was not the only JustPark user who couldn't park. These spaces should be removed from the app. It is an open access car park with no barrier or attendant. I had to drive around for 20 minutes to locate another spot.

Simple to use

Turned up to the car park id pre booked and it was full. No one even there to tell if anyone had pre booked so anybody could just park there. Totally useless app.
