How our drivers felt about this space
Convenient location with easy booking, but often lacks available spaces upon arrival, especially during events. Users have reported issues with parking tickets and unclear space allocation.
(From recent driver reviews summarised by AI)
Hazel S19th September 2026 on TrustPilot
Very easy to book a parking space, however we were running late to get back so we wanted to extend our parking. Wasn’t very easy to do. Just park could make it easier
David K21st August 2026
But I got a parking ticket which is now being appealed.
David B10th July 2026 on TrustPilot
Easy to pay, parking spaces available as told
David A16th May 2026 on TrustPilot
No parking spaces when I arrived. If booking in advance I would have thought those car parks would be barrier/car registration controlled
Dorothy S16th April 2026 on TrustPilot
Very easy and car park space ideal. Will use again
Val A9th April 2026 on TrustPilot
Got a penalty parking ticket from Newcastle city council. I followed all instructions and paid JustPark in advance, so annoyed at having to appeal parking ticket. Will never use JustPark again . Would like a response to the email I sent requesting some help please and a refund at least . Not sure if I have been scammed
Stuart M5th March 2026 on TrustPilot
Easy to book and pay for but not sure if I was in the exact spot
Kris C14th January 2026
There were no free spaces in the car park when I got there. Absolutely ridiculous. Can I claim my money back?
Jon R14th January 2026 on TrustPilot
I thought I was reserving a place when in fact there were none
