I had paid for parking from 0930 and I got there after that time. I could not access the parking slot because a vehicle belonging to someone from the address was parked across the entrance to the drive. I had to leave my car and knock on the door to ask the occupant about the space and the car obstructing my access. The occupant seemed to be oblivious that I had booked the space! A few minutes later another female came out of the address and moved the car, allowing me access. I am physically fit and can walk briskly but it still took me 14 minutes to walk to my appointment at the hospital NOT the seven minutes stated in the information on the parking space. Not impressed

I'd just like to say thank you for signing up with Just Park which gave me the opportunity to book the space. I've just started working at the Freeman Hospital and haven't yet got a parking permit sorted. This app takes a lot of stress out of getting to work!
