West Jesmond Avenue Car Park

The car park looked full on arrival, no proper parking bays, and nothing to stop people who hadn’t pre booked to just drive in and pay! Found a tight spot at the bottom which we had to reverse down into! We did get parked but a car behind us didn’t . Also difficult to find. But it was handy for our venue and pre booking is a good idea… but wasn’t working well at this car park!

Paid for parking from 17:00 until 01:00 this morning fir a gig, but when I arrived the car park was full - absolutely rammed - with cars even abandoned within the car park which were blocking in other cars in an act of desperation. No attendant, nobody to complain to. Had to leave. Pointless waste of money. Beware of booking at this location.

Car park was full when we arrived with more drivers arriving after us with pre booked spaces also. Fortunately someone left after we had waited 20 minutes. Surrounding streets are permit controlled so unable to park anywhere else.

Arrived to find all spaces taken

Upon arriving at the car park it was completely full and other cars had just been dumped! We had to drive round and round as double yellows everywhere outside the car park! Eventually was noticed someone going to collect their car and then had to help the driver to manoeuvre the car out of the space and car park before having to be guided in ourselves! Someone should be manning that space to ensure all pre paid parking are able to use the space!

Great private parking very close to Newcastle Town Moor. Stayed overnight in camper, what a bargain. I'll definitely be back. Brilliant.

Prebooked a space at one of their car parks as I was going to an event and knew lots of parking was already booked. Arrived to find the car park packed, cars parked in the middle so you couldn’t even get into it. Ended up finding a considerably cheaper space at another car park. Awaiting further response for a full refund.

I was so disappointed with the just park service. I booked my car in advance but arrived to find there were no available spaces in the car park, so I had to park elsewhere. I'm hoping to get a refund as this was a real inconvenience and our money was lost.
