there was no space avaliable...we could not park there and had to try elsewhere...complete waste of time...another 2 cars who'd booked using the same app also had to leave and find alternative parking

Reserved space didn’t exist, don’t waste your money

Arrived to find lot was full after reserving and paying for a space the night before. Also paid for insurance, no security or monitoring on site so unsure how a claim could be substantiated. Another couple arrived shortly after us, also having a spot reserved. After speaking with them a bit, a woman came and removed her vehicle. The pair of us had to squeeze into the void she left. All cars in the lot had wide gaps between them or parked at an angle. Manning the lot would prevent people from taking extra space and allow more cars to use the facility.

Charged for a parking place that didn't exist. Met 4 other people in the same position. To be clear, we didn't have a problem finding the car park - we know exactly where it was. There were no places actually free or reserved for us in the car park! All places were already full, despite paying and reserving in advance.

There wasn’t even a parking space for me !! Had to park elsewhere. There was at least another 5 cars in the same situation !! RIP off

As previous reviews have mentioned, despite pre-booking, there was no allocated parking space for our car. We arrived fairly early on the morning and many of the cars looked as though they had been parked there overnight. There were no clearly marked bays, with awkward gaps between cars. We managed to squeeze into a very tight spot, but honestly, it wasn’t worth the effort or the cost of booking.
