This parking space is 2 mins walk to Newcastle Eagles Arena, 10 mins walk to Central Station of Newcastle Upon Tyne and 15 mins walk to the city centre. If you are leaving your car overnight, there is CCTV 24/7 working around the building and specifically there is a light just above my parking space.
