Really handy when visiting somewhere you are not familiar with. The app was easy to use as a needed to extend my stay which was not a problem. A little bit more expensive than local council but having a designated reserved spot is a great idea. Will certainly use this service again.

Couldn't find the parking space. Directions weren't accurate. Tried contacting the space owner multiple times and they never answered. So couldn't use the space.

Good parking space, 5 minute walk to RVI and St James Park. Space was a bit tight but fine for my Puma. CCTV so secure. Easy to find and good directions provided. Would use again.
