I booked this space in advance but when I arrived, there was already a car parked in the designated space. Thankfully, there was space to park in front of the door, but I felt anxious about this as the owner specifically requested to leave this space for their car. Hopefully there were no issues caused, but I would not use this space again due to the risk of double booking / unclear instructions, hence the 4 stars.

was concerned when I arrived as there was a basketball hoop right next to the parking space. when I returned to my car, the basketball hoop had blown over and was lying in the street. This could have possibly blown in the other direction and damaged my car. luckily, it didn't.
