Great spot and value for money

No space was available. Number in app didn't connect. Ended up being charged anyway, had to find another space so paying twice and I was late for an important appointment. On hold to customer service for 20 mins trying to get a refund. Do not recommend this space or service. Avoid the hassle.

great spot for the train station, quick walk unser the bridge and then on to the platforms. returned to car safe with no issues would use again

Quite a small car park without lines so you're at the mercy of other drivers parking sensibly.
Car Park is opposite a Police Station so probably one of the safest in Newcastle. Will definitely be parking here again.

Easy to find spot. Safe location. No issues with the car, undamaged etc.
Only issue was with the app. Once the booking was made, confirmed and payment taken, it disappeared. Could find no record of it.
