The booking process is excellent but Sat nav takes you down a dead end street.
Terrible signage to and at the car park.
I got no notification of the parking about to expire which other apps give.
When I got back to the carpark which I'd never used before the lift to the minus one level wasn't working and you couldn't access it via the ground level. I rang the help point but it just kept ringing. Lucky I wasn't in serious trouble!!
I then had to extend the parking unnecessarily to give me time to find another entrance away round the other side of the car park and only found it with the help of a regular user, who said it was really badly signposted and is a regular issue for first time visitors. The door is as good as hidden from view.
It was Rockingham Q parks in Sheffield. I wouldn't use that car park again.

I parked at Newark Northgate Waitrose. It was quite a walk but the parking lot was large. Returned back to my car and it was safe. Easy walk to station.
