It was an easy process to book and pay for my parking and I received regular updates from the app (but not too intrusive)
I would suggest that the homeowner updates their instructions. I was told quite categorically that I had to park in the first space shown on the picture but when I arrived there was a van parked in it so I had to wake the owner up to check. The house has two spaces and it should have said to park in either (this needs to be clearer)

Smooth and easy experience. Found a driveway just a few minutes walk from the train station for less than half the price of station parking (and probably more secure!). Booked it, turned up and parked without issue. So, so easy.
