There is no information before you arrive to use car park that it’s no longer ncp. This means that firstly you can’t pay with cash secondly you have to use a website or download an app. It’s only displayed on pieces of paper that is the case so you don’t know if it’s a scam or not.
WORST of all though you need a code to get back into the car park. Great I guess for security, however was stood there unable to find code. Was made to feel uncomfortable in local area so had to go for walk whilst trying to find code. Then essentially run to the door and hope that the random number off email would work! I dread to think how uncomfortable this would be at night or for women to experience the feeling of not being able to get to safety of your car and away from danger. Not only this we came out one way and only happened on the door back into car park by chance
I would avoid it at all costs and will use any other car park I can in future.

Once I had the app, it was relatively easy to use. Only reason for 4/5 is that I didn’t see the number to use to get back into the car park. Fortunately my partner used the car park only days before and it hadn’t changed.

Maybe too early after this particular parking changed ownership. No signs, no mention of a physical paystation, only an ambiguous weblink to pay. Seemingly no obvious way to get back into the car park (until a sole, suffering member of staff was found who explained that one had to activate the 'lift barrier' link on the webbooking).
Lots of confused people (and at least one elderly couple without smartphones) wandering around!
