Very easy transaction to complete, good information on proximity of location to area required with regular text updates and pictures, postcode and what three words to initially identify location. As this was a train station location, great to get a reminder that my time slot booked was ending and although no issues on this occasion with train delays etc there was no information/link should I have run into an issue and what procedure to follow.
