Firstly, the advert was misleading. There is a note stating not to park outside the garage, but it does not mention that if another vehicle is already on the drive, you must park as close to the garage as possible. Instead, it only says that vans or large vehicles are not permitted.
The instructions left by the owner were also poorly worded. The other driver was not the homeowner and ended up waiting several hours for me to return. The space itself was not worth the price. The pictures in the advert make the space look much larger than it actually is — in reality, it was so tight that I had to climb into the passenger seat just to get out of my vehicle.
This was absolutely not worth £16. Please reword your advert and use accurate photos instead of AI-generated images, as this feels like false advertising.
Due to the above issues, I would never use this space again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. To finalise, I do not expect to pay almost £20 for a parking space for six hours, only to return and have another customer arguing with me. This is an issue that should have been resolved by you, not me.
I will also be contacting Just Park CS regarding this matter, as I find the entire experience completely unacceptable. Charging customers these prices without providing adequate customer service or accurate information feels extremely unfair and misleading.
