Failure of the parking provider to reply to an enquiry on the app caused some concern, but once contacted by phone this was quickly answered.

Kingfisher Drive on your site 1.18 miles to Ferry. Then was told by Matt owner it was 15-20 minutes to Terminal and offered me the name of a local Taxi! I declined his offer I a waiting for a knee opp. Would like my money back, Matt has falsely advertised his product. Adam Gillespie

Used for the first time as I really didn’t want to leave my car at the ferry port for the day. It’s effortless to use the app and find your space. The person I used was spot on and if I ever need to I will use again and again as liked there was a camera pointing to where my car was parked to protect it if anything had happened while it was there for total peace of mind.
