The parking is within 10 / 12 minutes walk to Heysham Port freight and 20 minutes walk to the Steam Packet Passenger Terminal to the Isle of Man.
The multiple spaces are located off Barrows Lane in Heysham. The space is big enough to fit Ford Transit Custom sized vans.

This could not have been much easier.
We left the car (aided by a WhatThreeWords reference), walked to the ferry terminal (20 minutes), then reversed the process on our return. Very happy.
