used this to park and got a parking fine from the carpark, showed my receipt from JustPark and they said it is not valid and I will have to pay the fine

I arrived at the car park barrier having booked and paid online with Just park. I had downloaded the app as instructed and opened it with Chrome on arrival. However, when I pressed the open barrier button on the app, I got a message saying that I was too far from the location to open the barrier! I tried several time but failed. I pressed the help button on the barrier and waited a couple of minutes for someone to answer. I explained the situation very clearly to the operator. They kept telling me that the car park could not be prepaid and I must be in the wrong place! I went through it several times and got the same response. I was getting to the point of giving up and driving away when I tried one last time and after giving my just park reference again, he said, oh sorry, your booked with justpark. I misunderstood!! The barrier miraculously opened and I was able to drive through. No apology or explanation. There were plenty of empty spaces to park in... Probably because nobody could get in! When I came back to my car in the early hours of the morning, I found the exit barrier already up and fixed there. The car park was therfore totally insecure should anyone want to steal a car! I am not impressed. I think I will be avoiding this whole traumatic experience next time and just turn up on the day and take my chances.

We booked from 10am on the 4th May returning at 2pm on the 7th. Used the Just Park app where you press the button on the app to open the barrier. Unfortunately this didn't work on entry as it told us we were before the allotted time even though it was 10.15am so we had to call for assistance which took a few goes. Once they let us in no problems thereafter and the app worked upon exit. Not sure I would use the app again

I was unable to open the car park barrier while using your app and had to pay again on exiting the car park. Absolute rip off will never use again

Arriving at the barrier, I could not raise it on my app, so took a ticket. I later extended my parking by 1 hour 15 minutes because of train delays. When I came to leave I had to pay £7.30 on my ticket to get out! I am therefore out of pocket £7.30 but Justpark have only credited my account with the £2.37 form the extended 1 hr 15 mins. So I am still out of pocket to the tune of the original cost of £7.17 under Booking ID 70718759

The barrier would not open with app, needed to use the 24/7 phone line which was not the best.

The app did not work to open the barrier on arrival or exit. Pressed the intercom and was told we would have to pay for parking again and claim back. Fortunately another worker let us in. Awful process

Lift barrier on app did not work. Had to phone the office for them to lift it remotely. On leaving, had to phone the office to be let out. Apart from that, it was a decent enough car park and fairly close to the train station
