great, easy to book, good price, easy to get into the car park and good location.

Reasonable price. Open gate button didn't work on entry & I pressed for the ticket like normal (app instructions weren't clear but it implied that pressing for a ticket would be okay). It tried to charge me again on exit anyway. Only took a few mins to sort out but it was still annoying and unnecessary.

The app wouldn't open the barrier when I tried to leave, so I had to get help from the local operator. It said I wasn't near enough to the barrier, but I was right next to it ...

very very tight corners

I booked parking at Saba, the Quadrant at Milton Keynes. Unfortunately the barrier didn’t go up when I pressed ‘open barrier’ on the app. Now I was stressed. A car pulled up behind me and the driver had also used Just Park. We swapped places but she had the same problem. Fortunately for us a lady (an Angel really) in the third car helped us and eventually we pressed the ‘assistance’ button and spoke to a human man who asked for the registration and booking reference. Then the barrier went up and we were in. The car park building is fine and well lit. It’s a bit tight getting out as the ‘out’ barriers seem narrower than the ‘in’ barriers. Could be my perception though. Of course I had the same issue getting out. This time, however, I knew to press the assistance button and talk to the human man again. I was pleased to get out really. Not sure that this system is the best, easy to use or clearly explained what to do in case the barrier doesn’t go up.

Entry was difficult as the "lift barrier" button on my phone failed to work as I'd arrived 30 mins after the start time (shouldn't make it this difficult). Other than that, all good!

Really simple to use no issues at all

access and space good. leaving is atrocious if you have a long car. getting in is fine but the down bends are tighter than the up bends

little awkward gaining access but pressed button at entrance and spoke to helpful assistant who took my details and I gained access. clean tidy car park with good sized spaces. A real good find will use again
