NAPIER Trackside Car Park

CAUTION – WRONG ADDRESS / DIRECTIONS FOR CAR PARK I received a parking charge after using this car park. The address, postcode and location instructions issued with this carpark are incorrect leading you to a completely different carpark.. My initial appeal was rejected, so I appealed to the IAS and provided screenshots, maps and location evidence showing the two separate car parks and the incorrect directions I had been given. The operator then conceded the appeal after reviewing the fresh evidence, and the charge was cancelled. A very disappointing and stressful experience Parking date: 25 July 2026 Resolution date: 29 September 2026

Unfortunately we received a fine for parking here. We appealed and showed evidence of the booking via the app plus the sat nav postcode used on my device which matched the one given to us on this app. The car park also matched the car park in the photo and we followed the instructions to avoid the multi storey. My appeal was rejected and now have to pay the fine. Totally lost confidence in using apps for parking now unfortunately!

So easy, pull up and park, nothing else to it, as it was prebooked and prepaid.

So easy to book, reliable and safe

To book was excellent. However the car park is all open (no barrier entry) so when I arrived all spaces had been taken. Just Park though were excellent to refund my booking with no fuss.

We did take a little time to find It, location was slightly confusing. It was situated close to the Train station where our pickup was located. Felt safe leaving and returning to car.

I paid for parking prior to arriving. On arrival car park was full and all spaces were taken. Had to pay for an alternative location

After using the link sent from this platform & parked directly follow the instruction. Then I receive a parking charge fine of £60 for parking on a private land without payment!
