Don't bother - plenty of free parking on the estate and nearby streets. Easy 10 mins walk to the Riverside Stadium. Reserved this space many months in advance, due to going to see a concert at The Riverside on 01/06/22. Arrived within the booking time to find someone had just parked in my reserved space. The other driver had also booked through Just Park and showed me her confirmed reservation. Now contacting Just Park for a refund.........

Slight hicup on arrival, space occcupied. Conversation with an aggressive, very unreasonable threatening neighbour. Resolved with out issue but not a great start.

Not easy to find as the space is un-numbered and there was no-one in. Fortunately someone else knew which space it was - although it then transpired they'd been anticipating using it! So if we'd arrived 10 minutes later, it would have been full. That said, it's a quiet, safe space and an easy walk to the stadium.
