It felt a bit like a guilty pleasure, 'just' turning up and walking away, no fuss, no bother, no working out a payment machine, no multi storey! I booked with your company in good faith in order to reserve parking for my weekend in Margate from 14 Feb to 16 Feb 2026. I was informed by the Premier Inn they had received no knowledge of the booking from Just Park and in fact had received no information regarding any booked parking for the past few months. The Premier Inn informed me there was no control over the parking and basically due to them not receiving any specific booking from Just Park the car park was in fact a free-for-all for public parking.
I consider therefore I have been cheated out of my £16.79 fee and respectfully request a full refund and cancellation of my 'membership' with JustPark.
