the pay stations do not work, the phone number didn't work and the app wouldn't take my payment for the exact time we were parked. I had to pay extra to this time for it to process.

Machines broken, left at 16.03 taken me until 16.28 to pay on App due to issues within the app. As a local visitor of this car park the new machines have been nothing but problem after problem makes us locals not want to come down anymore will use other parking in future.
